2. Scope
These terms govern only the use of the absteria.net institutional website. They do not govern use of the SaaS platform, which is not yet publicly available. Future use of that solution will have its own contractual terms.
3. Users
The site is intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 or older.
4. Site information
The information published on the site is for informational and commercial purposes. A demo or contact request does not constitute acceptance as a customer, automatically create a contractual relationship, constitute an irrevocable offer or guarantee product availability in any given country.
5. Features
Described capabilities should be understood in light of their current availability. Absteria may change, expand or remove features and informational content. References to possible developments do not constitute commitments to future features.
6. Intellectual property
The Absteria name, visual identity, logos, text, designs, interfaces, graphics and other materials belong to their respective owners and are protected under applicable law. Simply accessing the site does not grant rights to exploit those materials.
7. Permitted use
You may not use the site unlawfully, interfere with its operation, carry out abusive automated access, circumvent security measures, introduce malware or attempt unauthorized access. This does not prevent legitimate search-engine crawling.
8. Third-party services
The site may use or link to third-party services. Those services are also subject to their own terms.
9. Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absolute absence of errors. We may perform maintenance or make changes to the site.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not assume responsibility for business decisions made exclusively on the basis of general information on the site. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are governed primarily by the laws of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay. For disputes relating exclusively to this site, unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the courts of Montevideo, Uruguay, shall have jurisdiction.
